Hi All,


Tony and Cathy will make a cold dish called chicken Kelaguen that originates from Guam. It consists mainly of pulled roast chicken combined with onion, lemon/lime and spices. Traditionally served with rice, which would be welcome, as well as other sides and perhaps a flatbread like naan. We will have iced tea available, and if someone wants to bring a dessert we won't object!

We still have a variety of garden produce for the taking, first come first served!
