Wednesday, April 2 @ 6:30 - Subversive Salad!

Hi All,

This week's theme is salad, with the only rule being: No Lettuce Allowed! So, use your imagination - I can think of a few things to start you off:

3-bean salad
chicken salad
fruit salad
broccoli salad
quinoa salad

The rest is up to you! See you Wednesday!

    Tony and Cathy will provide a Mediterranean salad (tomatoes, cukes, onion, bell pepper, etc.)

    Emily and I will bring a stir-fry dish. It actually has kale and carrots in it, so I'm thinking it is a subversive salad.
