Baked potato bar!! We will provide the spuds, you can bring some toppings. Want ideas? Here's some:
  • Butter
  • Sour cream
  • Chopped chives or green onions
  • Grated cheddar cheese
  • Bacon bits (fresh or bottled)
  • Sliced olives (black or a gourmet assortment)
  • Chopped green peppers
  • Chopped tomato chunks
  • Pineapple chunks
  • Broccoli
  • Salsa
  • JalapeƱo chilies
  • Mild green chilies
  • Chopped chicken cubes
  • Cooked mixed vegetables
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Various gourmet cheeses, melted or shredded
  • Chili (meat and/or vegetarian)
  • Cheese sauce
  • Alfredo sauce
  • Bar-be-cue sauces
  • Gravy
  • Carmelized onions

  3. Rices will bring sliced black olives, grated Parmesan cheese, some caramelized onions (I have part of an onion and don't want to go to the store to get another). And maybe something else random that I think of.. Who knows.. BTW, we may be there late depending on how traffic is when Emily comes home from work in Portland.
